Attention Corvette Enthusiasts: Are you ready for another caravan? If you missed the 50th anniversary caravan in 2003, and the 15th anniversary caravan of the National Corvette Museum (NCM) in 2009, here is your chance to join other Corvette friends for the 20th Anniversary of the National Corvette Museum by participating in the 2014 Caravan. Mark your calendars for August 23 – 31, 2014. The festivities will begin in Concord NC, on August 23.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, Ron Kirby & Mary Alexion are teaming up to coordinate the February social event.
On February 9th at 9:45am, we will meet in Wake Forest at the Kohl’s Store (12620 Capital Boulevard Wake Forest, NC 27587) in order to leave a10:00am.
We will then drive to the Post Office in Valentines, VA arriving at around 10:45am (Bracey Exit after crossing Lake Gaston Bridge on I-85). There we’ll deliver our Valentines to be postmarked and mailed. The Post Office is open until 12:00. The Post Master said it would be a busy day with all of the requests. However, she said she would be ready for us.
10 oz., Bacon wrapped filet served with a side of Bordelaise sauce
11 oz. Salmon Filet sautéed in Olive Oil and served with Garlic Dill Butter
Chef Jimmy’s creation served with roasted tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and chipotle butter over garlic mashed potatoes
Chef’s choice of seasonal grilled vegetables
All entrees are served with fresh baked bread and your choice of a Garden Fresh Tossed Salad, Spinach Salad, Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad. French Onion Soup or Soup of the Day.
All entrees also come with your choice of Baked Potato, Stuffed Potato, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Thick or Thin Cut Fries, Baked Onion, White Rice or Rice Pilaf
For dessert you can choose from Chocolate Chess Pie, Cheesecake with Fresh Fruit, Pecan Pie, or Ice Cream

Beer, Liquor or Wine can be ordered for an extra charge, if you’d like.
