Here’s our menu from the Angus Barn:
Entree Choices:
Filet Mignon
10 oz., Bacon wrapped filet served with a side of Bordelaise sauce
Fresh North Atlantic Salmon
11 oz. Salmon Filet sautéed in Olive Oil and served with Garlic Dill Butter
Grilled Pesto Chicken
Chef Jimmy’s creation served with roasted tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and chipotle butter over garlic mashed potatoes
Chef’s Grilled Vegetables
Chef’s choice of seasonal grilled vegetables
All entrees are served with fresh baked bread and your choice of a Garden Fresh Tossed Salad, Spinach Salad, Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad. French Onion Soup or Soup of the Day.
All entrees also come with your choice of Baked Potato, Stuffed Potato, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Thick or Thin Cut Fries, Baked Onion, White Rice or Rice Pilaf
For dessert you can choose from Chocolate Chess Pie, Cheesecake with Fresh Fruit, Pecan Pie, or Ice Cream
Coffee and Tea are included with the meal
Beer, Liquor or Wine can be ordered for an extra charge, if you’d like.
The cost for the meal is $50.00 per person.

After you’ve registered, please send your check made out to RTP Corvettes to 10410 Stone, Chapel Hill, NC 27517. All registrations need to be completed by November 18 so we can have an accurate count for the Angus Barn. We have been promised a larger room this year and we need the count so the room is sized and set up properly.
After dinner, we will hold our Yankee Gift Exchange. The maximum value of the gift is $20.00 and does not necessarily have to be Corvette related. The gift exchange was a big hit at last year’s party! Please call Kalani Parker if you have any questions on how the gift exchange will work.
